Jamie is the founder of the organization. A very career oriented individual, he is active in the industry in every way, having served on committees from a local to an international level. Resulting from his strong belief in community and organized real estate, Mr. Edwards is past President of his local real estate board, Chamber of Commerce, Burlington Visitor and Convention Bureau and the Ontario Real Estate Association, Burlington Community Development Corporation, Canadian Chapter of FIABCI the International Real Estate Association and past Chair of the Realtor Care Foundation. Jamie is also an Honorary Life Member of his local real estate board and Ontario Real Estate Board, first recipient of the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington Outstanding Sales Person award, Co-Founder of the Burlington Estate and Financial Planning Council, Burlington Central Rotary Charter Member, Paul Harris Fellow, and Founding President of the Burlington Business Executives Network. Locally, he has hosted many students involved in the Rotary Youth Exchange programs over the years and assisted and mentored numerous new sales representatives. His charitable involvement, both locally and provincially, is extensive. Mr. Edwards received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from McMaster University and holds the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager and Certified Marketing of Real Estate designations. He is a senior instructor for the Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Associations. He has conducted numerous workshops and seminars throughout Canada, the United States and in Europe. In addition, he has written the Ontario Real Estate Association New Home course, Marketing and Personal Selling Skills course and Market Trends course and has instructed the Professional Standards, Business Ethics and Leadership course. Mr. Edwards is quoted frequently in the real estate press and electronic media, has consulted with a variety of Canadian and International Organizations and is a frequent contributor to professional real estate and related industry magazines. He is also the co-author of the International best selling ad writer Real Estate Advertising Made Easy, now in its seventh edition. With 33 years in the business, Jamie offers a proven track record as a leading salesperson in the area!

Candice began her Post-Secondary studies at the International Academy of Design and Technology specializing in Computer Graphics in 2004. It was in 2006 that she successfully completed her Real Estate Licensing Education at the Ontario Real Estate College. With the aid of her colleagues she has quickly adjusted to the life as a Sales Representative and has diligently worked to build her knowledge of the Real Estate Market. Specializing in the lease and sale of residential and commercial properties, she holds experience in Burlington, Oakville, Hamilton and surrounding areas. Armed with a background in the financial services industry, Bruce became a realtor in 1994. Since then, he has distinguished himself with extensive involvement in the community and with the Realtors Association of Hamilton-Burlington (RAHB). Currently serving as president, Bruce has also served on a variety of committees including the Professional Development, Finance, Professional Standards, MLS, IT and Arbitration Committees. Gary Edwardes, Sales Representative

Gary was born and raised in North York, Toronto and earned two degrees at Humber College for Business and Marketing. From the age of 11, Gary spent his summers working for his father’s homebuilding company, Arthur Blakely Homes. With his ‘hard-driven’ father, Gary has worked in every capacity of the homebuilding business; from laboring on the site with various contractors, to managing the office, and ultimately taking over the company in 1990. Arthur Blakely Homes started building semi-custom homes in Scarborough in the 1950’s, and gradually moved west, contributing to well known and prestigious communities such as Sherwood Forest in Mississauga, Glen Abbey in Oakville, Streetsville Glen in Brampton, and of course Millcroft in Burlington. In the past couple of years, Gary has also built several custom homes in downtown Oakville. In 1990, he and his wife Terri moved to Burlington, and have been happily raising their family of teenage twin sons (Sam and Jake), and their younger daughter (Olivia). Gary has volunteered extensively in the Burlington community, coaching and convening his children’s various sports teams of hockey, soccer and football. This past year, Gary decided to expand his knowledge and has now become a Licensed Real Estate Sales Representative with his long time friend and associate, Jamie Edwards. Gary’s extensive knowledge of the homebuilding industry, construction and the Real Estate market make him an exceptional ‘go – to ‘ person for all of your real estate needs.
